Your New Avenue

Monique is an experienced executive coach, strategic advisor and ex-NHS director. From starting her 20-year NHS career as a PA to holding a prominent executive role, she brings her lived experience and boardroom insights alongside her extensive expertise as an award-winning strategist and change agent.

Liam Molesworth

With a background in healthcare and business, Liam is passionate about creating positive change in organisations and society as a whole. His experience in building and growing companies has given him a unique perspective on the importance of diverse talent attraction and development, alongside promoting representation and inclusion.

As an expert in business development, Sam is passionate about driving growth and creating positive change in organisations.
